Mauju Labs is an independent game studio based in Yogyakarta, Indonesia (“Mauju Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the Mauju Labs website, our devlog and careers pages, and the games and content we make available online.

By accessing our website or playing our games, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

You may use our website if you are at least 13 years old. Some of our games carry their own age ratings on the store where you download them; you are responsible for making sure a game is appropriate for you before you play it. If you are under the age of majority where you live, please use our services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

When you obtain one of our games through a supported storefront (such as Steam, the App Store, or Google Play), we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play that game for your own non-commercial entertainment. We keep all rights we do not expressly grant you.

You agree not to:

• Copy, sell, rent, sub-licence, or redistribute our games or content, except as the storefront allows;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or assets, except where the law expressly permits it;
• Cheat, use unauthorised third-party software, or exploit bugs to gain an unfair advantage or to harm other players;
• Use our name, logo, or artwork in a way that suggests we endorse you without our written permission.

Most purchases happen on third-party storefronts, not directly with us. Those transactions — including pricing, taxes, refunds, and subscriptions — are governed by the terms and refund policies of the storefront you buy from. Any virtual items or in-game currency are licensed to you, not sold, and have no real-world monetary value.

Our games, characters, artwork, music, code, trademarks, and the content on this website are owned by Mauju Labs or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Community content you create — such as screenshots, clips, and fan art — remains yours, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to feature and share it to promote our games, with credit where practical.

When you interact with us — for example through comments, community channels, playtests, or support — please be respectful. Do not post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, or infringing, and do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems. We may remove content or restrict access if these Terms are broken.

Our website and games may link to or rely on services we don't control, such as storefronts, social platforms, and analytics providers. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

Our website and games are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we work hard to make them enjoyable and reliable, we cannot promise they will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mauju Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or games. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time as our games and studio evolve. When we make material changes, we'll update the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Indonesia.
